Mental Health
We believe your mental and Physical Health work in conjunction and need to be addressed simultaneously.
Below are some of the services available at our facility or through our friends.
The Men's Collective
The Men’s Check in is a unique group where men come together to connect, share, and support one another in an open, non-judgmental environment. We understand that life can be challenging, and sometimes it's hard to talk openly about what's going on. That's why we’ve created a space for men to speak freely, without pressure, while also engaging in simple practices that help clear the mind and restore balance.
Our sessions combine relaxed conversations about life’s challenges, light breathing exercises, and meditation—tools to help reduce stress and gain mental clarity. The session wraps up with an invigorating ice bath, designed to help you build resilience, focus, and strength, both physically and mentally.
Whether you're dealing with pressure at work, feeling stuck, or just want to connect with other like-minded men, the Men’s Collective is here for you. It’s a chance to unwind, reflect, and grow in a supportive setting. No prior experience with meditation or ice baths is needed—just a willingness to show up for yourself and for the group.
Join us and discover a new way to connect, grow, and build a stronger mindset—together.
Tea, Coffee and snacks are available and a cold plunge.
