Power Fit Gym is a gym/fitness centre built around community. We offer recovery through Sauna and mental health through Mens and Womens groups. Plus everything you need to get fit healthy and strong. 

OUR STORY

Power fitness to Power Fit Gym

24/7 Power Fitness Rockingham was created by the amazing Dyson family Matt and Jourdana in 2016. They focused on building community and started with the finest equipment with Hammer Strength and Matrix gear.

The gym has continued to grow and expand in 2020 with the introduction of the POWERPIT. A powerlifting and strength specialisation section designed to help those wanting to get stronger and develop in the sport of Powerlifting and Strongman.

Then in August of 2022, they decided to move on with other plans for their family and entrusted Sam and Lian Murphy to take the reins and lead the amazing facility they built into the future.

The focus has been to continue to grow the community in the gym and make the facility more available. In 2024 the gym was rebranded "Power Fit Gym" and will continue to grow and help the wider community reach their goals.

Infrared Sauna

INFRA RED SAUNA

This Infra red Sauna is available to members inside staffed hours and can be booked through the Powerfit Gym App.

You can add this too you membership for $10 a week or book in whenever you like and pay per use.

POWER PIT SECTION

The POWERPIT is a strength section that is a secondary part of our facility. This section is for anyone who is looking to improve their strength and grow with a very supportive strength community.
